We are a founding team with over 20 years' experience in public service transformation. We are committed to the mission behind Impossible Ideas Inc. because having worked inside public sector organisations we’ve seen the limitations of incremental change first hand.

We are a Social Enterprise and want to provide a space for colleagues in and around public services to imagine, invent and implement radically different ways to address the huge social challenges we all work to solve everyday. In true partnership.
